ALE is provided for personal and professional leadership development purposes. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You may not use ALE to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Assessment results generated by ALE are for personal and professional development only. They do not constitute a performance evaluation, HR record, formal psychological assessment, or professional advice of any kind. Results should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions.
Insights and recommendations generated by AI are informational in nature. ALE makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You should exercise independent judgment when acting on AI-generated recommendations.
The Authentic Leadership Engine framework, assessment methodology, scoring system, and all associated content are proprietary intellectual property of Monika Sachdeva Meacham. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ALE content without written permission.
ALE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes by email where possible.
